There are many similarities between Mantua and Gorizia: both are surrounded by something. Mantova, three on three sides by lakes formed by the River Mincio and the fourth side by a railway line. Gorizia on one side by the river Isonzo and on three sides by '(ex) border (which however is always an opportunity for collaboration with other ministries neighboring). They have a distribution of population by almost the same age, are flat (except for Gorizia, on the hill Castle) will pass through easily in 10 minutes.
