Referendum prima del solstizio

the end, the municipal referendum would be held.
When? For a set of rules that they intersect each other no one knows: Sunday, May 29 could be the first opportunity but in the case of (probable) overlap with the consultation of provincial elections expected to slip to June 12 unless the referendum to be organized National 5 or June 19 in which case the local questions will be examined on the same day as domestic investment. A nice puzzle, however, highlights the difficulty of bringing to a vote a majority of voters after the election administration.
and what you vote? Notwithstanding the importance of citizen involvement on issues that affect them, after the very questionable "cancel" on the part of the sponsors of the referendum proposed by the Forum on the lifts to the castle and the establishment of the registry for living wills proposed radicals, there are only three issues: the redefinition of the "board of trustees" ( that still needs to be redefined since it was abolished the institution of ombudsman who is currently president for law), the abolition of the quorum that makes it "valid" only if the referendum voted more than 50% of those eligible (under absurd as being "advisory" and not binding on the citizens' opinion count that matters regardless of the number of those who have expressed), the possibility that citizens submit resolutions for the popular initiative for the attention of the City Council (which, however laudable proposal should be discussed in a special commission, regardless of the "advice" of the electorate). In short, there are three issues that voters do not take your sleep and even less to administrators. To think the worst could be explained as the unusual enthusiasm with which the mayor has allowed promoters to use the premises of the Municipality for the collection of signatures and was "beaten" to ensure the vote in the spring: whatever the outcome is not in fact, nothing would change plus possible presence in the ranks low turnout would give good play to challenge the promoters would increase costs and distrust of a "signal" that important in other cases (see note lifts or living will) could shake up the "safety" of the Palace.
only hope is in conjunction with the much more challenging national referendum (on water and its surroundings) and undertake to prevent in any case at least the local ones that are not only the first but also the latest proposed to Gorizia.
